Without a doubt, I couldn't recommend Yates and Co highly enough. Harvey Pabla was outstanding from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble, professional and supportive. Made a very stressful period significantly more manageable.

My husband and I were so happy to have updated out wills with this firm of solicitors. Our solicitor Michael was very friendly and easy to talk to. He listened to our concerns in terms of what we wanted to change in our previous wills and what we wanted to keep. He very clearly outlined and explained the process of making the new will. He made the process very straight forward and stress free for us. We now have a will that meets and suits our needs. We wouldn't hesitate to go back to him in the future.

I would not hesitate to recommend Yates and Co and Jackie Pabla in particular. They are friendly, efficient and their professionalism is exemplary. Asma was assigned to deal with the sale of my late parents house which was going through probate. I felt that she was always there if I needed advice and Asma normally responded extremely quickly and was calm made everything simple for me and stress free. I have already reccomended her to someone.

All elements excellent from start to finish, the conveyancing ran smoothly and I felt that I was included in the process as necessary, and most important of all there was on going communication between the solicitors and myself. I was actually telephoned by both solicitors working on this at different times which is excellent customer service that many other solicitors and law firms could learn from.

I wish I could add more stars!

We instructed Yates & Co for our house purchase and they were excellent: William Danvers went above and beyond for us. We initially had a purchase fall through due to the incompetence of the other conveyancer, but Mr Danvers kept us up to date and informed. 6 months of patient and diligent work!

He replied to emails almost immediately, helped us understand what the issues were and gave us great advice on dealing with problems that arose. We kept Yates & Co on for our subsequent (successful) purchase which went through in 8 weeks and without a hitch: again mostly thanks to the work of Mr Danvers.

We are planning on using them again in the future for further legal work, and certainly if we are to move house again they will be at the top of our list.

I found William to be totally professional at all times.Emails were answered quickly and kept me fully informed of how things were progressing.
He is also a very polite and friendly at all times despite all the problems that you may throw at him.

Johns name was given to me by my conveyancer who was dealing with my mortgage John I had hit a problem concerning my late husbands will and title deeds to my property. John sorted the whole complicated process out for me in a professional and sympathetic way and although it took longer due to the covid situation I am very pleased that his help enabled me to complete.

The sale of our previous home and the purchase of our new property was a daunting prospect having lived in the same property for 30 years. However, we had no need to be concerned as Jackie Pabla, of Yates and Co, guided us through every stage of the process.
Jackie kept in regular contact with us, updating us on the progression of the conveyancing whilst also responding to any queries we had, usually within less than 24 hours of us raising the query.
The total fee for both sale and purchase conveyancing was £2,060 inclusive of searches and other necessary costs.
In summary, we believe we received excellent service and would have no hesitation in recommending Yates & Co, and in particular, Jackie Pabla.

As a first time buyer, Jackie and the team at Yates & Co. were extremely helpful, attentive and responsive throughout the purchasing process.

They were able to communicate legal jargon in a way that i could understand, would certainly use again for future matters.

The staff members dealing with my case were consistent throughout the process, adding a familiar and personal touch that may otherwise be lacking from other providers.

If you cannot decide between multiple solicitors and prices are in the same ball park figure, i'd certainly recommend going with Yates & Co because there is added value in the personal service they provide.

I dealt with Paula Saunders who was very efficient and knowledgeable. She spoke to me not using jargon and I did not feel undermined by her like I have in the past by other solicitors. She was definitely able to help me protect my interests some which I had not thought about. I would highly recommend this solicitor. The price I was charged was very reasonable.

Quality Solicitors - quality service!

Yates and Co are professional but also very friendly and approachable. I was spoken to in a manner I could understand instead of all this legal jargon going over my head. It is so much more personal than having to use a call centre and you feel that they truly do care and want to help you. Also their fees are very competitive!

Definitely a firm to recommend!
