Had a terrible experience with this solicitor. They were slow, unresponsive, had to be chased and did not pick up errors in the paperwork. Everything seemed to be delegated to someone junior and I never quite knew who I was dealing with. They turned a stressful experience into an utter nightmare.

I used this law firm a couple of times and regret it. I had to chase the lawyer quite often and were difficult to get hold of, so I took my business elsewhere. There are much better firms

Unfortunately I was not impressed with the conveyancing service provided by Quastel Midgen. What should have been a relatively ‘easy’ transaction (as was assured by Quastel Midgen), it was completely the opposite and full of stress, anxiety and major frustration. I constantly had to chase, and even had to contact my lender to get the latest updates. Incorrect documents were sent, and issues were thrown in at the last minute which I had not previously been made aware of which caused further delays. Unfortunately I feel their management of the case was poor, and I would not recommend their conveyancing services to anyone.

Conveyancing service was terrible.
Solicitor was incredibly difficult to get hold of for both me and my seller, he never returned my calls and was generally quite unhelpful.
