Absolutely diabolical. The solicitor dealing with my fathers will takes many many weeks to respond to my questions, sometimes as long as 10 weeks, if at all. She accepts invalid and false forms of evidence as receipts for supposed expenses against my father’s estate.

She has chosen to ignore the fact that my sister has lied on the grant of probate which is an offence. She failed to inform me that my family had withdrawn over £10,000 from my father’s bank account after his death until two years after his death.

I put a complaint in and they have all closed ranks and stated that there is no case to answer because despite the fact that we are now 3 years in to this case and I have had to do investigations myself which uncovered other bank accounts of my fathers that had been emptied and hidden, false documents and other problems they claim the solicitors actions have not delayed completion of the estate and therefore she has done nothing wrong. Absolutely unbelievable when she took about 7 weeks to reply to a yes or no question asking if I had to sign a form and physically return it or email response was sufficient!

In short unless you want an absolute nightmare constantly chasing up and where illegal and criminal behaviour is ignored then stay well clear of this company!!

What a mistake appointing this company. Myself and my sister have been struggling to get our grandmothers will dealt with and it’s been 2 years in January. They have the full cash value of the estate in ‘client’ account but they are getting the interest plus charging us huge bills for every call, letter or appointment. They don’t call back or do anything we ask of them and are frankly rude and unprofessional.

Sabera Dasso was very thorough, professional and courteous. She answered all our queries, nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend her to friends and relatives.

We have used other solicitors in the past and the service has been so poor, no one would ever come back to us with updates and they would charge an arm and a leg!
We dealt with a lady called Manjit at Rich & Carr and she was great. She called us back promptly, would respond to our emails almost instantly and made the transaction very stress-free or as stress free as it possibly could be! My husband and I would definitely recommend this firm. The staff are very friendly also.
