I thought I had a hopeless case but after approaching Road Traffic Law was assured that all was not lost.
Dealing initially with Andrew then Steven took up my case - the guys are highly reactive, polished and professional. Steven got a result in court that exceeded my expectations and ensured I kept my license.
If you are charged with a traffic offence I would urge to give contact Road Traffic Law, I can recommend these guys without reservation!

You may be looking at these testimonials because you need help with your situation, you will be worried about your future because you have been charged.

Here is my advice, don't look any further, the commitment shown by these guys is a commitment that I never thought existed !

I was charged with dangerous driving almost a year and a half ago, and my life had been filled with worry for all that time, I decided to defend as I knew I was not guilty of the charges given to me.

Something like 5 visits to court later we eventually settled on a 2 day period to get the case heard in its entirety as the last 2 visits the Crown witnesses didn't even all turn up !

It took pretty much the full 2 days to hear all the Crown evidence and defence evidence, I only wish I could have made a video of Kirsty in that courtroom it was like something from a movie, she was razor sharp and missed nothing, much to the detriment of the Fiscal and Crown witnesses !

Real knowledge of her trade and professionalism resulted in the judge deciding that there were too many inconsistances in the Crown evidence and because of that he found me not guilty ...... wow what a feeling.

Free at last, no more fear and worry, and all because of Kirsten Ferguson, i will never forget the hell i went through for all that time but now its over thanks to her, so if you need help, get on the phone asap and don't waste any more time.

      Good luck

I feel duty bound to avail fellow researchers of my experience of this company.

As can be seen above I was charged with speeding in Glasgow on 4th February 2009 !!
I contacted RTL and Mr Graham Walker called me within an hour.

I have made numerous appearances in court (intermediate and trials) and the Crown has managed to get a number of postponements for various reasons (document serving , failure of police to attend).Today (12/07/10) I was represented by Kirsty or Kirsten (Gawd , I know , I was nervous).
She was superb , the Fiscal moved for postponement , "K" objected and put up a very strong argument citing three High Court appeal cases where such cases had been thrown out due to Crown ineptitude. As it was , the decision went for the Crown but we immediately sought leave to appeal that decision and I will keep you posted.

NOTE:The fee structure means this doesn't cost me a penny more.

Reason for posting just now ?

Thought it may be of interest to anyone who doesn't want to be processed but REALLY REPRESENTED and also to anyone sitting on a precarious points total!

We won the appeal-- Crown conceded

      Date of Hearing 21.06.2010
Was charged with the blanket charge of Dangerous Driving following being stopped for speeding in excess of 109mph on the A1 at Wallyford East Lothian. Your world kind of ends to say the least!, I immediately sought the advice of a professional to ascertain what to do. To be honest I approached 3 of the Main Players in this field, The response received from Graham and his team was not only the quickest but also the most thorough and reassuring. I work in the motor trade and rely on my license to commute and carry out my employment. Now I know they are not cheap but if you find yourself in this awful position You need the best available and i can genuinely say Road Traffic Law are just that. My case dragged on for almost a year and a half due to Police and P.F ineptitude in releasing the relevant video evidence, That's a long time to have a possible twelve month ban hanging over you. The advice i received was honest, straight forward and never misleading or full of false hope and empty promises.Ultimately i was represented by the man himself. A very short appearance later My charge was lowered to Careless and i received 6 points. A result i felt ,when you consider the alternative. However if it was not for a keen eye for detail and a very good understanding of the evidence and level of proof required, my result could and no doubt would have been much worse. My license and income are retained and despite being a skeptic at times I really cannot endorse this companies performance highly enough!
I hope you never need the services of a road traffic lawyer, however should the need arise call off Your Search, Look no further and Make the call. Please email me should you need an endorsement or comment on Graham and his Team. Graham, one final word, Thank you sincerely for All You Did and for rearranging a hectic schedule to represent me in person. Your efforts are very much appreciated. I shall pass on your info to anyone in a similar position. Thanks Dave masters

please allow any potential clients to email me.

Where do I start? Over the 15 months and 7 adjournments of my case I have had nothing but the best of advice and attention from Mr Graham Walker and and his staff. On the day of my trial I was represented by Ms Ferguson of roadtrafficlaw.com and she was quite simply superb in her handling of the not guilty plea and the two police officers who originally charged me with the offence, in fact to the point I actually nearly began to feel sorry for them as she pointed out their mistakes and totally different stories. As for the firm itself, well you just will not get a better company to deal with, great personal service from all levels of staff employed there, professional to the end. Mr Walker I can well see why you were shortlisted for an award.
At the end of the proceedings I was as you might have guessed by now found not guilty. Thanks again to all involved.

Being a freelance driver and part time private hire with 9 points already on my licence, getting caught again was the PITS. Thoughts of loosing my job, no cash, and the forever in house moaning, even put into thinking about emigrating !!
BUT ! I thought lets go for it, got in contact with Roadtrafficlaw. Nothing could have been more simple, they were always available to take my queries, nothing seemed to be to much effort, and lo and behold we got a great result. CASE ABANDONED.
I can now unpack my suitcase and get life back to normal.
Just to say thanks to Graham,Kirsty and their team, until the next time. (I HOPE NOT!)
I was as sceptical as every one else, but I would have no hesitation in recommending this lot, again thanks.

Having been charged with speeding on the A9 at 105 mph I had no idea how to proceed with my court summons until I contacted Roadtrafficlaw.com. I called them up and Graham Walker explained how the fee structure worked. It was straight forward advice and I was assured they would do their utmost to reduce the speed to a lower penalty as I was facing a ban.

This would have been my worst nightmare as I run my own business and do a lot of driving as well as having a young family and everything that entails. I did shop around for other quotes for dealing with my case. However it was not about the money it was all about the reassurance and the service. Roadtrafficlaw.com provided me with a fast, professional and thorough service.

Kristy Fergusson defended me and was brilliant. The case was a long and drawn out. They guided me through the whole process and with the wealth of expertise at their disposal. No one could have done a better job.

I am completely satisfied with the service that I received, I couldn't have asked for more and I will always recommend to others. Thank you.

With the likeliehood of a possible ban for being allegedly over twice the speed limit, I decided to find the services of a specialist lawyer. It was my good fortune that Google pointed me in the direction of roadtrafficlaw.com.
Thoroughly professional and absolutely expert in their knowledge of the law and the system, I never felt anything other than confident that I was in safe hands.
A ban would have been a disaster for business and family life. RTL were able to have the speed in the complaint reduced to below the level of an automatic ban. I left the court with my licence retained, four points and a £200 fine.
I can't recommend them highly enough, if you need assistance with a road traffic law problem, there's no point looking anywhere else, these guys are second to none.

After pleading guilty to a charge of dangerous driving, mainly due to not understanding fully the consequences, I received a letter from the Procurator Fiscal rejecting my plea. I found out I would be liable for a minimum of 12 month ban, and should seek legal advice. After speaking with 2 other firms, both of which were extremely unhelpful (verging on rude), I called Road Traffic Law and spoke with Kirstin Ferguson, who was very helpful and positive about my case. I met her a day later to discuss my case, and she immediately pointed out a few problems with the statement of evidence provided by the Procurator Fiscal. 2 days later she called to advise that after speaking to the PF, my case had been dismissed due to a technicality! Being almost 6 months pregnant and extremely stressed over this situation, I cant believe its actually over and can only stress how helpful Kirstin was in resolving this matter so quickly. I would not hesitate in recommending Road Traffic Law, and Kirstin in particular, to everyone.

I was wrongly accused of dangerous driving and not understanding the consequences of it, I had pleaded quilty for the charge. When I realised the seriousness of the charge I contacted Graham at Roadtrafficlaw.com. Their personal touch and attention impressed me from the beginning. All my emails were replied promptly and I felt I was in good hands. Not only did they help me to get the plea changed but I was very impressed how Kirsty Ferguson managed to negotiate a reduced guilty plea to careless driving. These guys not only have the contacts but also the level of relationships which ensure that my case was properly heard behind the scenes. I was obviously hoping to have the whole case dismissed but I'd suppose miracles don't often happen. I was very impressed on Kirsty's meticulous preparation before the the court hearing and even more so how she conducted my case at the front of the sheriff. It was a real pleasure to observe a true professional at work. Thanks to her and the Roadtrafficlaw team, I am able to continue working as self employed management consultant. I cannot do my work without being able to drive. I am happy with the outcome and sincerely recommend these guys to help you if you are facing the wrong end of the bargain. They are true professionals and know their business. Many thanks, indeed

Mr Walker did what two other legal adviser's failed to do!
After lengthy consultation and advice with two other solicitors they failed to sort this case for me.
Mr Walker took a "Late plea to the competency of the charge" *(Late because other advisers failed to take the point) He successfully argued that the point should be debated although this was opposed by the PF but allowed by the court after representations made by Mr Walker. He later attended court and argued that the case should be thrown out....which it was.
Delighted with result and happy to recommend Mr Walker's firm to anyone who needs a good road traffic lawyer

Went to Mr Walker after having the misfortune to instruct two other firms before him. Needless to say the other firms did not provide me with any real hope or decent advice.
Mr Walker worked tirelessly on my case from the moment I instructed his firm. I wish I had gone to him first. He suggested we get the help of an expert to check out my vehicle's capabilities at Knockhill racetrack which I did and he then managed to resolve the case with the Procurator Fiscal where all the others had failed. I tendered a plea to a much reduced charge of careless driving and, although I already had 9 live points on my licence he somehow managed to get me a 3 month ban. I was facing a 12 month ban and a resit and mega insurance premiums for the next 5 years. A conviction would also have had a bad impact on my job opportunities.
Once again Mr Walker, thank you for all your hard work, a genuine thank you from me as I can tell you made full effort with me throughout the case from start to finish. I would definitely recommend you to others and in fact I already have!
