Sashi analysed the case carefully and showed us options. After discussing with us we decided to pick the best option. My case was extremely challenging. We had to try our luck as well. The charges are usually high comparing to the other firms, but worth it. Sashi spent a considerable amount of time going through immigration rules with me to pick the right option. She put me and husband in two different safe paths and finally I got my ILR without any issue. She helped us writing letters back and forth to Home Office when necessary without additional charges. Tracey is a lovely person helps on document work. Thank you very much Sashi and Tracey. I would recommend the solicitors regarding ILR cases. and wish you all the best.

For a couple of years me and my family have been struggling with our immigration issues.
Meeting Sashi was a game changer for us,when we are at the dead end of our immigration /JR.
Recently our leave was granted under few weeks with the help of Sashi and her assistant Tracy professional advice and competency.
It was a double joy for us with a new addition to the family..
I will definitely recommend them to anyone and rate them five star.
Their fees is reasonable, fair and flexible.
We are super excited and we say thank you to them for a job well done.

We have recently won the case which was handled by the lawyer Sashi Pararajasingham. I am so grateful about her service and would recommend her to anyone who needs legal advice. I met her when I was so helpless. She gave me the right advice and she showed us the right path. I really appreciate her hard work and I would recommend her to others.

I would like to thanks especially my solicitor Sashi Pararajasingam who gave us confidence and hope in our difficult situation. And also her secretary Tracy Sullivan gave us a massive support. We are really appreciated her kind and helpful service.

Before We met Sashi, I went to meet several layers to get sort out our
immigration matter in uk. That time all lawyers which We met advised us to make Asylum case, so we were really disappointed that time, after that, I got to know about Sashi one of my friends through, then My whole family went to see her to get sort out our matter . She was very confident and she said, ‘you have good background snd can make a very good case to get success’, From that Sashi and Tracy work hard with our case to get success.

Now we have received our indefinite Leave to remain, biometric resident permit few moths a go.

Sashi is very strait forward, clever , talented and very efficient solicitor. And also Tracy is very helpful ,kind supportive secretary. We really satisfied about their good service.

So I would like to recommend Sashi to everyone who’ wants to get success their immigration matter.
Do not hesitate to contact her .

Thanks

I consulted Sashi Pararajasingam on a recommendation from a friend.
I was concerned because I had conflicting advice from UK immigration office and what i was reading online.
Sashi put my fears to rest and told me what documents to get hold off quickly and easily.
She was very flexible all the way and reassured me regularly when my worrying nature took over.
Dealing with her wonderful assistant Tracey Sullivan was also easy, flexible and reassuring.
Sashi assured me the application was in good hands and she was right.
As my friend said to me about her in the beginning: "she knows her stuff" and "has a great success rate".
My visa came through less than a month after it was submitted and it was so smooth.
Very happy I took my friend's advice to use Sashi and I feel the fee was fair. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.
Thank you ladies for your patience and skill in easing me through this process.

After arriving at Heathrow on a Friday night with my partner who was then detained, I was at a loss to try to contact my solicitor. On arrival home on Saturday am, I searched the internet for a 24hour immigration lawyer. I contacted Ronald Fletcher & Co and was immediately able to speak with Sashi Pararajasingam.
Sashi suggested I should come to see here asap and she very kindly made herself available on Saturday afternoon. Sashi had an immediate grasp of the problem, exuded confidence and knowledge and gave assurances of what was possible. Sashi explained everything calmly and professionally and was very reassuring. Not only did she sort the issue out with the home office / immigration dept, she made it quite clear that she was available for contact at any time. She worked tirelessly over the weekend, enabling my partner to be released from detention on the Monday. Just 2 days later.
I cannot praise Sashi enough for the work she put in over the weekend to secure my partners release. Not only a very professional lady, a kind and sincere person who takes great personal interest to achieve positive results. I wouldn't hesitate to use Ronald Fletcher and especially Sashi again. A great solicitor who deals with clients in a kind and compassionate way, very knowledgeable in her area of expertise and does what she says she will do.
Thanks so much Sashi.for your help.

I am fascinated with the Service that Sashi gave us. When I was looking for a good advice for in which category I should apply for our further Leave to Remain, she showed me the best route to try. She gave us a really good advice, she has the necessary knowledge and experience, and always replied our emails or calls. I could meet her any time I needed. Our application was successful and definitely, we´ll hire them again in the future. Thanks! Thanks to Tracey and the RFCS firm.

I consulted Sashi of Ronald Fletcher to appeal against Home Office for ILR (Long Residence) application. The application was complex as my 10 years on continuous stay included a year of waiting for decision to appeal for post study work and couple of years as a EU dependent, both of which Home Office did not consider at all and refused the application.
Sashi is a fantastic solicitor who is friendly, approachable and supportive. The over all experience was very satisfying. she gave me the confidence and assurance throughout the whole process.
The fees I was charged was reasonable and worth it..I would highly recommend Sashi's Service......Thank you

When I would call to complain about her she would hang the phone up on me

My husband and I made our wills with this company in the early 1990s and they offered to store them for safe-keeping in their vaults on our behalf. Recently we requested access because unfortunately our named executor had passed away and we needed to update the wills. We were horrified to learn that they did not have our wills, or any record of them. We do not have a receipt after 25 years or so, and they were totally uninterested in our protestations. Money down the drain. Sad and angry with ourselves for not asking for copies at the time. Their attitude was 'tough.'

I spoke to Derek Rosenblatt regarding the debtor who doesn't hold any assets in the UK (we have a judgement against him) but has them in other EU countries. He told me that "we got stuffed" and there's nothing else we can do. When I enquired about the extension of the judgement to other EU countries, he arrogantly stated that I haven't read hundreds of law books he did and that I should stop questioning his expertise. This lawyer didn't know that there is a European Enforcement Order that we can get in the UK and that is accepted in courts all over the EU and with this Order we can get access to debtor's assets overseas. It took us half an hour of online research to find everything about the procedure. Mr Derek Rosenblatt is a disgrace to the profession.

I totally agree with this comment. I found him to be arrogant, obnoxious, rude (shouting at clients) and behind the times. He should resign as he clearly does not enjoy this work. His Office Manager is also a very rude and abrupt individual.

I also agree, sadly. So far our treatment by this man has been abrupt, rude and at times he has been evasive. He has no patience to explain things to lay people. Sometimes we ask him a direct question and he avoids answering by blustering. When pressed for an answer, he said, "You've going to give me sleepless nights, aren't you?" He also gave advice to do something illegal, caveating it with, "I can't advise you to do this, but you should...."

Given all the recent negative reviews on this site and elsewhere, it's a mystery to me why the firm keep him on.
