I an somewhat surprised (and dare I say - sceptical) about the overly glowing and enthusiastic reviews on here for RFB legal.
They acted for our buyer - and I use the term "acting" loosely. Never known a solicitor (specifically A Hyseni) to be so incompetent and unprofessional
*and I'm aware that the conveyancing process is notoriously slow and frustrating*
Our estate agent and buyer both said that they had filed official complaints to the@rfblegal. Our buyer was so frustrated he actually came to our house to apologise in person for the unessecary delays rfblegal were causing and to tell us he was looking to instruct another solicitor.
Rfb legal said they would be ready to exchange & complete on 3rd July. It was 17 Sept when they eventually managed to correct all their errors and actually communicate with the other parties involved to complete the sale.
