Absolutely THE worst solicitors I have ever had to deal with. Selling my property through them was an absolute nightmare. I had to chase everything and make every phone call. Thank goodness I was in touch with my new property owner or this would have all ended up falling through. Day of move they told me I had to leave a retention figure. My furniture was in the van so had no choice. I have been chasing for them to pay this money back for 3 years. Excuses after excuses. No documents can be given to prove or show where this money has gone. They never return phone calls. I would avoid this company as if your life depended on it. Not worth the stress!!!!

We are reaching the end of a long battle to buy our first house. We were also advised to use RTL by our estate agents (shame on you). There is no chain on either side so expected it to go through quickly. We are appaled and disgusted by the way they have treated us. They lied to us about our completion date leaving us stranded and they never ever returned any calls. They are useless and should be avoided like the plague. DO NOT USE THEM!!...

I was advised by my Estate Agent to use these solicitors. (I think they are tied in with them. I was told that they specalise in conveyancing and that the ywill act quickly. What a mistake by me!!! They are appalling!! They are not pro-active and I have to chase everything. It feels like a sausage factory system and nobody knows what is going on!! They have severely delayed the sale of my flat. I would definately not recommend anybody to them and would advise that they are avoided at all costs!! Presumably they stay in businesss because estate agents rcommend them and by the time that you realise what is happenning its too late. ...

Useless, Incompetent with Gaffs from start to finish and drag their heels in every step. I was also advised to use these shisters by a bank. Shame on the bank!! I was sent a seller pack when I was buying. Then they wanted / needed to change offices... more time and expense. Finally the seller withdrew because this process took too long. Any firm of solicitors worth their salt would not withhold their phone number when calling - stay well clear. Do not use them
