Huge lack of knowledge about conveyancing, I kid you not. They need closing down now. Shocking. Use these bunch of idiots and you will be very sorry you did when your sale falls through like ours did all because these absolute idiots simply couldn't give a damn about their customers and don't know how to communicate. They've got so many customers that they simply don't care if they lose a few along the way, ie your sale / purchase falls through. What is the point of these idiots? These jokers need shutting down with immediate effect. Our estate agent recommended them to us. We later found out our estate agent gets paid commission from Runnetts for all new business they send runnetts way. If the star rating on this website went in to negative figures that is what they deserve. Simply shocking.

Runnett & Co absolutely awful. They never answer their phone, you never get to speak to the Solicitor only an assistant that you end up doing the conveyencing for. Eventually they became completely undone with their lies and blaming everyone else for the delays and then the fun really began. A complaint to the supervisor Catherine Perry about the ineffeciency only helped to taking things to an all time low. It did establish that the whole company is toxic which began from upper management.
Thank god for my great Mortgage company that really made it impossible for them to continue their lies and games. I am certain they did everything in their power to stall the process out of spite. It was like dealing with a bunch of teenage bullies.
You will notice from the reviews it is more then 2 years ago since they had a good review.
They deserved no stars actually.

RUBBISH!! . I also was allocated Runnett & Co via the In-deed website. Initial impressions were good, then it went down hill from there. Communication was non existant between solicior and client and i recieved no more than 2 phone calls throughout the 3 months of the conveyancing process to provide me with any updates!! I made easily 20+ with a majority of follow up call requests never returned. I found myself doing Runnett & Co's job by chase calls to them and liasing with the sellers estate agent on there behalf to get the correct paperwork through to the sellers solicitors and Runnett had got around to doing it. Overall i would not recommend Runnett & Co for any conveyancing, they are too slow throughout the process, are very poor at communication. Use at your own risk!

I used Runnett & Co recently to purchase my first flat, having signed up to the In-Deed website. What a mistake! Communications were very poor indeed, with no updates being given to me throughout the process, and apparently my solicitor was also not replying to messages left by the vendors solicitors either. I was telephoned only once (the morning after sending a very stroppy email to the director, complaining about the poor service), and when I called their office, usually only got to speak to an assistant. I would not recommend this firm at all - stay away. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Wales branch - Useless, rude, arrogant, wont communicate with their customers via phone or email. I hardly ever get stressed in life but these useless people need to all go on a customer relations training course. There are so many negative reviews around about them for a good reason. Use them and be very sorry you did.
