Excellent efficient & professional service. Fee's for updating our property deeds were reasonable, especially when the very quick turnaround is factored in. The instructions of what they needed from us were very clear and easy to follow. All questions were answered quickly and all timelines and processes were clearly explained.

We dealt with Lauren Davies who was excellent. I would highly recommend.

Donna Berry and her team were extremely professional.
They replied without delay to any correspondence, always in the most polite and helpful manner.
They really did make the process so much easier for me and costs were I feel very reasonable.
I can highly recommend them.

As a broker I am accustomed to dealing with various conveyancing solicitors. Sophie Crompton @ Russell and Russell stands out for me amongst the crowd of conveyancers. Not only is she lovely to deal with and speak to, she is prompt, efficient, eager to get matter completed and resolved and if there are any issues works to a solution quickly too. Overall very happy broker and client. Wish you all the best Sophie.

I would recommend to take the bad reviews with a pinch of salt,as many people that had good experiences don't review the convenyancer after.
We dealt with Hannah Finch in Bolton branch and she struggled to do the procedures as fast as she could.We had ups and downs with the house type and with the lender but at the end everything went fine.
She did not keep us updated but when we asked for an update we always got it asap.
After all she is busy doing work for us.
Legalwise they offered a good advice and they where very knowledgeable.
They have no hidden fees and what we paid we found that it was a good price for the service.
I would definitely recommend them to other people.

They acted for my mum when she became ill. Visited her at home, sorted her care fees and then the sale of her house. Ok they charged for their time but it was not going to be free was it. She was really pleased with them so we were to. Made things easier at a difficult time.

Residential property sale and purchase handled by Zoe Harryman - could not fault the service in any way - absolutely first class. Not the cheapest quote but certainly not the most expensive either. Well worth the fees paid.
