In March 2023, I instructed Mr. Daniel Frederiksen of Setfords to handle the conveyancing for my purchase of the property, Due to what can only be described as fundamental negligence and a profound lack of care, Mr. Frederiksen incorrectly registered my name with HM Land Registry. My legal and correct name is Law Yuen Him However, he registered me only as Law Yuen. This is not a minor spelling mistake but a material alteration of the proprietor's identity on the official title register. I discovered this error in October 2025 and immediately contacted Mr. Frederiksen. His response (see Evidence A) was utterly unprofessional and unacceptable. He dismissively informed me that the error would "be corrected in the future at the time of any remortgage or sale." This is patently false and professionally reckless. It demonstrates a deliberate attempt to avoid his responsibility to correct a significant legal defect he created, pushing the burden and future risk entirely onto me.

awful stay away do not use sarah davies or setfords could not conclude transaction in five months did not return calls completely incompetent
