I instructed this firm in relation to a possession matter and, in my experience, the service was poor.

Over a prolonged period, I was repeatedly asked for the same or substantially similar information, which caused delay, confusion and additional cost. What was particularly frustrating was that some of these repeated requests appeared in correspondence and time entries more than once, even where the issue had already been raised or documents had already been provided.

I do not consider the matter was handled efficiently or professionally. Instead of progressing matters clearly, the process became circular, with repeated queries, inconsistent positions, and increasing charges. I also disputed the way costs were being charged in light of the repeated back-and-forth.

I raised a formal complaint, but I did not feel my concerns were properly addressed. I have therefore escalated the matter further.

This review reflects my own experience as a client.
