Some of these good reviews are probably made by them. I had horrendous experience with them. My solicitor was Georgina Tsagas. She was so incompetent and unprofessional that I had to do most of the research myself and pay triple what we agreed. She started arguing with the sellers solicitor which caused me almost a year of delays, so many times she would raise her voice on the phone to me. She would get an email from the other party and she would get back to me: Why they are asking me this?
I have dealt with solicitors before ,however, this was a dreadful experience.
Please do not believe the reviews. Ask friends, or your accountants for recommendations otherwise you will face a very expensive mistake.

She got a form from Google and sent to the seller’s solicitor, a bad form. I was able to find better ones myself. In meantime she would send me an invoice every week almost without getting anything done otherwise she would say I cannot continue. I felt stuck and bullied into paying more as I had paid half at the beginning so they start work. She even invoiced me when she was on holiday as she received emails to which she didn’t reply.

If her colleague Michael Abrahams wouldn’t get involved I would never able to finalise the deal. Then I had to pay him too as she didn’t pay him anything from the sum I had already paid.

You should be ashamed to call yourself solicitors
