WHSS agreed to extend the lease on our flat, we own a share of the freehold and all parties involved agreed to the extension of the lease as the shared freeholder and the individual lease holders. It has take 16 months and counting so far to action a very simple and straight forward matter.
I am not a solicitor however there were glaring inconsistencies across the three leases time and again and WHSS had to keep revising and re-sending to us, it is shocking that they did not check their own work before sending.
I have complained in writing to WHSS several times and have either received a very unsatisfactory response or been completely ignored. I will never use WHSS again and would urge anybody to think twice before considering using their services

I was a first time buyer and have heard a few horror stories from friends about their conveyancing, so I felt lucky to have David on the case. He and his support staff kept tabs on everything for me and I never felt that I had to chase them to get things done. I thought the fixed fee was very reasonable and meant I could budget for my move more easily - and I would like to highlight that the fact that the fee was fixed did not mean I only received a fixed level of service. I would thoroughly recommend WHSS to anyone who needs conveyancing in future and plan to use them again in a few years' time.
