Vital and his team were OUTSTANDING.

My case was complex and highly emotive for me, which took a toll on my life. However, with the support and guidance of Vital I found the strength to fight for what I was owed, with the courage both legally and emotionally.

If you are going through any discrimination etc due to your employer, speak to Vital. His knowledge and empathy is what you need.

Vital and his team were recommended to me, and I was very pleased with their competence and care in the management of all aspects of my case, from the outset through to a very successful conclusion. My situation was extremely complex in both nature and detail, but with his valued experience and thorough knowledge of employment law, Vital was able to clearly identify and explain the relevant legal issues. Despite the complexity and scope of the claim, all communications from Vital and his team were timely, professional, and efficient. I cannot speak highly enough of ELS.

Huge thank you to Vital Ruwala, for being so professional and handling so well my legal matters. I would recommend Vital to everyone without hesitation. Thank you Vital and ELS for such excellent service. Cannot recommend enough, in our initial meeting Vital explained all to me thoroughly and clearly and explained all potential outcomes of the case and a plan going forward so I left very informed of how all was going to proceed.

Attention to detail was paid at all times, communication was clear and updates regular. Most importantly however, the quality of service was second to none, Vital worked extremely hard and went that extra mile in order to achieve an outcome that I am extremely happy with.

I have no hesitation in recommending Vital and his team at ELS solicitors to anyone seeking a solicitor.

I have never needed or dealt with employment solicitors before. When facing redundancy after 15 years of employment, I needed one to ensure I was getting a fair deal. I found ELS via Google and contacted them. After a quick call with Vital, a face-to-face meeting was arranged with Sukhmani. She was professional, courteous, and knew her domain.

Sukhmani took the time to learn my case properly, went over exiting contracts and offers and suggested amendments. Needless to say, just after the first meeting I was very satisfied and knew that I was in good hands. Whole process of negotiations went very smoothly and came to a closure. She was there with every step of the way. I highly recommend ELS to anyone looking for these services. You won’t be disappointed.

I faced a difficult, complex work issue. Vital managed the whole process professionally and diligently. His advice was spot on throughout the reams of e-mails and correspondence and the result was better than imagined. Their fees are fair and propotionate. I got a very personal and qualitative service from Vital. Compared to the 1st solicitor I reached out to, who only wanted to chat if I would come over and immediately pay 300 pounds an hour, Vital gave me a lot of information before meeting up. I really appreciated that. And Vital keeps you updated all the time during the process. Great experience!! I would highly recommend his services.

Highly recommended! I had a pleasure to work with Vital Ruwala recently and the result achieved by him exceeded all my expectations! I was not only discharged from all obligations under my employment contract but also received a great Termination Payment that I never thought would be achievable in my case.

The best solicitor I have found in years in London. Very professional and caring.I felt valued and important for them. Always on the top of the case, dates and all the papers. Thanks to Mr. Vital Ruwala and many other wonderful staff that were helping in my case it was "walk in the park". I would highly recommend using ELS Solicitors. Vital was very professional in his approach and explained the process clearly and provided excellent advice. My ex employer was very difficult however Vital was able to deal with them and reach an exit agreement which I was pleased with. I would definitely use ELS should you ever need an employment lawyer.Thanks again Vital.

I was made redundant and when asked to sign a settlement agreement, I went to speak to a solicitor - ELS. It was my first experience ever dealing with a legal matter. Vital who advised me that I was unfairly dismissed took the case on. He was very professional, informative, knowledgeable and organised. Vital told me from the onset that I had a solid case and was sure of a positive outcome. He kept me updated on the progress on a regular basis, always asked me before making any offers or agreeing to anything. His expertise showed me that I was misled and mistreated by my employer. He took a lot of stress from me and helped me a great amount. I'm grateful for his service.

I used ELS services for an employment matter and I couldn't be happier with the outcome of the whole process.
They are very professional, efficient and affordable and they kept me informed at every stage of the process. You don't have to have any kind of law knowledge as if you don't know something they will explain to you.
I highly recommend them for any employment matter.

I went to ELS for advise on a difficult matter related to my employment/company I was employed by.
In the first instance I found them very Professional. The advise I was given surprised me, as I just thought they would point me in the direction of my Human resources department. And that would be the end of the matter. This was not the case. They advised me that I had a very strong case and explained were to go from that point. I was very pleased as I recieved a better result, than I first anticipated.
On a negative note, I would advise that you ask for the total cost. This was not explained fully on the initial consultation. It can amount to a very large amount. Put the cost against the amount you expect to recieve and you end up with much less than you paid out. Having said all this, would I use them again?
Yes I would. Have I referred them to family and friends? Yes. ELS successfully battled my case and won. As a result of ELS doing this my confidence and strength was restored.
