I have for sometime tried to contact mcconville and oneil with regard to my claim in connect with my fathers death in the coal mines claim P/Smith(dec'd)LD I have heard nothing after repeated calls and e. mail to Paul Mcconville and no information at all for 3years is this the way for a solicitor, lack of communicaton for information about my fathers case...
