This firm’s predatory overcharging and utter lack of expertise left us financially drained and legally vulnerable. They billed exorbitantly for basic tasks, with vague invoices hiding shameless markups—no justification, just greed. Their “advice” was dangerously flawed, exposing their incompetence in every botched document and misguided strategy. Communication? Non-existent. Emails vanished into the void; calls went unanswered for months, even as deadlines loomed. When challenged, they gaslit us about “industry standards” and fabricated progress. Their negligence cost us thousands and nearly derailed our case. Solicitors owe clients transparency and skill—this firm weaponized exploitation. Report them to the SRA and Legal Ombudsman immediately. Their unregulated greed and incompetence demand urgent intervention. Avoid unless you enjoy being robbed and abandoned.
