Serdar Comak
I have used serdar a few times now and honestly THE BEST!! I reckon all their solicitors are good but serdar is honestly the best. Why?
Fast
reliable
Communication 10/10 if your bored of chasing solicitors dont anymore just use serdar!
Honestly ive used other solicitors in the past BUT they do not even bother to respond to your messaged ive experienced this multiple times in other soliciting firms.
This is a honest review so make sure to use serdar for your legal work!

I can honesty say these are the worst solicitors we have ever dealt with. Due to there inexperience and reply’s to our buyers solicitors our buyer pulled out due to lack of communication and ongoing delays. We tried on multiple occasions to express our concerns but were met by there rude reception lady after taking Upto 45 minutes to get through at times. Avoid Shiria Khanam she took weeks to respond to enquiries and lacked in responding to emails. As a registered conveyors I would avoid anyone wishing to use these guys. We also tried to speak with there management, which we was only provided an email address to Stuart the director who never responded to our concerns!!

My Buyers solicitor used there services and made the process really stressful. Farat, the solicitor in question, barely communicated with my solicitor and the estate agent and when he did it was either one word answers or did not tell the truth i.e. 5 exchange & completion dates promised and didn't happen! As you can imagine, trying to arrange removals and time off work around this made the whole process unbearable and very stressful. Would not ever recommend them to anyone!

My property purchase using Mr Serdar Comak
As of today 9/07/24 i have completed on a house purchase and serdar has been wonderful from start to finish if you are going to use this company Makesure to use Mr Serdar Comak.
Very professional always responds and my conveyancing on a property literally start to finish had completed in just over a month and thats including the fact the property i was purchasing had not been registered ( so would of completed much earlier).
Definently would recommend this company and to use Serdar Comak.

This firm saved us from bankruptcy case and bailiffs case and helped us resolve case £85 thousand court case !!! Fully recommend this firm for litigation cases !!!

Would not recommend. A stressful, difficult experience for purchasing our first home. Lack of communication, misinformation and delayed responses. Please think carefully when choosing a solicitor. It is a lot of money to spend on someone who is not communicating.

Found online for my house sale and it was a nightmare. Hasan and Shiria are very difficult to work with. They won’t reply the emails unless you cc’d their manager. Never recommend to anyone.

Used Stuart & Co. as our solictors when purchasing a leasehold property. It's been 15 months since purchasing and they STILL haven't registered us with the management company and we have massive service charge arrears which we cannot pay until we registered. We have had to chase time and time and time again as they were not even aware themselves what they had missed. All we get in response are incompetent responses, confusion and a general lack of action. They seem to hand the work to trainees or paralegals and we have been moved between 3 different people now. We will have to take legal action against this firm soon if things are not handled correctly very soon. Beyond fed up. WARNING: pay extra and get a decent firm especially if your purchasing a leashold - learn from our ongoing nightmare with Stuart & Co! They may try to refute this claim but I am more than happy to get on a call with you regarding these problems. They know they dropped the ball on this badly.

Extremely disappointed with our experience with Stuart & Co who we had instructed to manage our sale and purchase. Summary of the issues was as follows:
No replies to email correspondence, mo acknowledgement to e-mails even when raising concerns or sending on requested documents, no updates on the progress of our sale/purchase, a 5 week delay with no contact from Stuart & Co who stated they had not received the memorandum of sale despite this being sent to the email address detailed on their website on two occasions, a further 2 week delay due to additional documents being sent which were not opened for 2 weeks to then be told they were not in the correct format, upon deciding to cancel establishing that actually no progress had been made and no searches submitted for our purchase which was agreed on 21st May and finally a GDPR breach whereby I was copied into email correspondence relating to another sale/purchase.
We lost all confidence in Stuart & co being able to manage our sale and purchase and as such changed solicitors.
Extremely disappointing experience.

Stay away from this firm. Rude ppl with no communication skills. It took me a week to get thru to the person who was dealing with my case and finally got to speak to him and he was very rude. Avoid all costs
