Terrible experience with inexperienced and patronising lawyers. Avoid and seek free legal advice elsewhere, these people chase the money too much to care about anyone genuinely.

All I can say is that I'm glad I didn't part of any money this company's totally unprofessional. On calling the main office I seem to speak to an in experienced unhelpful call taker...that's all I can describe her as. I was the one chasing for a call to start my case after 4 emails and 4 calls my solicitor eventually email me with a fix cost invoice to pay to proceed...May be if I had my 2 weeks worth of call and emails replied to I would proceed. But if this is how you treat me now God only knows how we would communicate during a legal case!!!!

Unprofessional and careless since the beginning.
I was charged for common assault, and over the phone this company assured it would cost around 2000£ as it was the lowest level and was not a big thing. They also promised I could get the money back if declared not guilty, which finally happened.
I paid first 600£ for the hearing, and once the case went to trial these solicitors asked me for 4000£ pounds more.
It’s been unprofessional since the beginning.
I actually prepared everything, I passed all my notes to Trishna to make it easier for her, I did study all the statements to find incongruences between them and passed all this information to her. She came back with the same information but mixed up.
Also,
I was supposed to meet her in the offices and she refused to meet me just only 40 minutes before it was due to happen, despite I rescheduled all my appointments to make myself available and asked for a day off in my job as it really mattered to me, but it seems it didn’t bother them at all. Later on the same day was supposed to have a videoconference as she couldn’t make the meeting and again it was cancelled by the solicitor.
The night before the trial Trishna was still preparing the case, so you can imagine how well prepared was the barrister for the trial the next day in the morning.
After the trial, I tried to contact her several times with no luck. Finally, she texted me back stating that she received the order and the accounts team was dealing with the process of getting my money back.
On 14th of June, she stated as well that it would be submitted soon and she insisted many times to leave a review in many websites and social media for this company.
I never heard back again from her.
On 26th September (the trial was the 15th April) they finally picked up the phone. It’s been 5 months and a half and I didn’t have any news from them, nobody told me anything about my money back and not even tell me that apparently she was not working there anymore.
All this has been very unprofessional since the beginning. This is not the attitude you expect from a company that didn’t care at all about the clients, let them down in the very last moment, didn’t prepare properly the case and didn’t reply or give them any information about receiving the money back after the trial.
All the above can be proved with screenshots and correspondence.
I hope nobody uses this company ever again!

Very unprofessional service for an apparently award winning solicitor. They put my call on long hold 3 times each time asking what my call is about which is very frustrating in itself. After that I was told that the solicitor doesn't deal with copyright law contrary to what their website states. Very disappointing and wouldn't recommend to others.
