I unfortunately chose to hire this firm for my case, but they were fast to neglect the wider implications my case had regarding certain medical treatments. They then delayed communication with me in hopes that I would forget about my case. After I inquired about the delay, they panicked and resorted to verbal acrobatics and neglect. The solicitor I tryed to work with quickly abandoned my case and the firm followed suit a few years back. I am considering publicly naming and shaming them for their lack of support, as this is still a matter of public interest.

Cowardice. Were unable to help, they said it would cost too much money. The service was low quality, very low quality indeed.

Too easy to fall in to the trap of thinking that solicitors care. Are you profitable, thats all that matters, if your not then kiss good bye to justice.
