Despite calling and trying to contact our solicitor we were constantly told they'd call us back - they never did. We were made to feel like we were being a nuisance by asking for a call back. Reception staff constantly would tell me that they'd pass on messages but there was nothing else they could do.
There is no complaints system to speak of, so you just have to put up with the service or walk away. Disappointing and I'm surprised by the other positive reviews as that was nothing like the experience I had.

A terrible service. No communication and unhelpful staff. The solicitor in question could not understand basic maths and would not respond to calls or emails. The founders have no interest in resolving the issues and would rather just ignore the problems. The reception staff will hang up on you if they don't know how to resolve the issue. Avoid, they will cause you stress and slow down your process. They're reputation speaks for itself, you will not come away from this happy.

I am sorry I was unable to respond to you in under 30 minutes when you then left another message about changing solicitors so, when I did respond later that day, we agreed it was best you moved to another firm. I wish you every success with your transaction and I hope the new firm can meet your expectations. Complaints like yours are very rare and I believe our clients are generally very happy with our service.

We encountered significant challenges in communicating with her solicitor. These challenges include unanswered emails, abrupt hang-ups by the receptionist, inconsistent workdays by the solicitor without notice, and an absence of cover on days when the solicitor is unavailable. Despite leaving multiple messages with the receptionist, there has been no follow-up from the solicitor.
Furthermore, based on my observations, the solicitor does not exhibit a proactive approach to their work. Basic tasks such as sending emails and pursuing responses have taken several weeks to complete.
The overall level of service provided by this ostensibly high-end and experienced firm is subpar, in my estimation.
