I asked Ian Springall to handle the conveyancing of both the sale of my former home and the purchase of my current one. Despite the challenges of the pandemic, he and his team handled both transactions in the most efficient and professional way - always acting in my best interest and keeping me well informed at every stage of the procedures. In fact I can honestly say they were beyond brilliant and I would wholeheartedly recommend their services.

Perfection! I used Dean, from Tinklin Springall, on recommendation from a friend who has sold a number of properties. From the very first call, I had confidence in the service, confidence in the professional approach and confidence that Dean would be the driving force in making the right moves to get other parties to pick up their pace to match his. House sales are always prone to glitches and Dean’s advice and proactive approach in getting things back on track was everything I could possibly have asked for. I would absolutely recommend Tinklin Springall for conveyancing and will look no further for any future house purchase / sale.

Samantha Wicks of Tinklin Springall acted as my solicitor for three property transactions within a 6 month period this year. Everything happened at a fast pace, Samantha promptly moved from one to the next effortlessly and not missing a thing, quite frankly making the three other companies involved in the process look second class! I have recommended Ms Wicks to several people as I found her to be highly efficient and TS fees very competitive offering excellent value for money. I would not use anybody else.

We have dealt with Valerie Collins from Tinklin Springall for a third property now and she has been absolutely fantastic. She has been efficient, honest, and kept us updated all the way. Not only this, she has pointed out mistakes which potentially could have been a nightmare down the road with the registration deeds. Very competitive price charged and we will be going back to her again for sure. We highly recommend her services and to us that has been our experience with the firm.
