My brother in law used this firm years ago in relation to a dispute with a car mechanic.
This firm is a joke, the other parties solicitor were ripping the case apart. Our solicitor couldn't even spell correctly and was not well versed in the relevant laws.
The owner of the firm an overweight balding guy who is more interested in flirting with young girls in the office then helping clients, was very arrogant and rude. Seemed to be very defensive to cover for his lack of expertise.
Avoid this firm like the plague.

Very poor service, was told things too late that had a negative impact on the outcome of my case.
Was not informed of the possible outcome before it was too late to defend.
Unprofessional and very disappointing costing me £1000s
But they were just not bothered at all
I do not think this firm should be allowed to practice law in any form.

I can never get hold of this firm, even when reception do finally answer they don't seem interested to take a message or concerned that it's urgent. On more than one occasion I've left a message to be passed on, as the solicitor you need to speak to is never available, and reception don't even ask for your number... which just fills you with confidence that your message will actually be passed to the correct person.

I am Absolutely satisfied with their service. They solved my Immigration matter whereas few famous solicitors of the Whitechapel failed to do that. 100% Recommended

He is the worst solicitor you can ask to represent you. God knows how this man ever qualified or why the SRA allow him to continue to practice. He neither understands the law nor does he appreciate how to deal with legal matters effectively.
NEVER INSTRUCT HIM IT WILL BE THE WORST DECISION YOU EVER MADE.

Mr Toslim Ahmed is a brilliant solicitor. Incredibly trustworthy and dedicated to his clients. I can't believe there are two negative comments on here. I haven't used him in couple of years though as I've not needed to but I would certainly recommended people to him.

It was one of the worst service, I have ever had in my life. Never go to them. They kept me waiting for 3 hours after giving me appointment. Still I could not meet with the Barrister name Jaman. Don't go.

PC condition details
To grant Mr Toslim Uddin Ahmed a practising certificate for the practice year 2009/2010 subject to the conditions that he delivers half yearly accountant’s reports, such reports and any cease to hold report required, to be delivered within 2 months of the end of the period to which they relate.
Reasons/basis
In light of the accountant’s report in respect of Mr Ahmed’s sole practice of Universal Solicitors for the year ending 5 April 2008 being delivered 9 months late for which he had been reprimanded, and further, his accountant’s report for the subsequent year ending 5 April 2009 which remains outstanding, the SRA was satisfied that it is in the public interest that Mr Ahmed’s compliance of the Solicitors Accounts Rules should be subject to additional monitoring by the SRA. This condition will ensure that the SRA will be in a position to monitor Mr Ahmed’s compliance of the Solicitors Accounts Rules on a more regular basis.
