We would like thank the staff at WMW for their professional service! Especially Seth who dealt with our transaction. Seth was very professional. Always replied to my emails/phone calls/along with emails/phone calls to third parties. I would highly recommend the firm.

Everyone at Wason Male &Wagland were diligent and professional.
The young man who I had the pleasure of working with was extremely helpful and efficient.
I can’t thank him enough for his kindness and understanding.
Being myself of advanced years and being invited the attend the office’s to sign documents which were explained and printed off for me made the whole operation relaxed and easy for me.
I was pleasantly surprised by my final fees as some extra work requested by me was not charged for.
I have dealt with many solicitors in the past Wason Male &Wagland and the team far surpassed all the others.
Many thanks to a firm I will highly recommend and return too.

Following my extremely successful divorce proceedings, under the care and guidance of Mark Jones. I then sold and purchased property through Wason Male and Wagland. Honestly, Mark was brilliant throughout, his knowledge, candour, expertise, calmness and humour was amazing. Although the paperwork was daunting, it was in fact straightforward easy to do when following Marks's guidance.

Lauren Giffard was super, efficient, timely, and professional at all times. Lauren swiftly and quickly dealt with the ex-husband, which ensured the sale of the matrimonial property could proceed without delay. Phone calls and emails were always responded to very quickly. I was updated at every stage of the process. Lauren was empathetic to the circumstance I was in, and was able to reassure me of the processes and convey this in plain English.

My purchase was led by Kay, and likewise Kay, worked with the same diligence and integrity as Lauren.

I am glad I used the same solicitors' company for my divorce and sale, although my ex no doubt wishes I hadn't.

All in all, my experience of Wason Male and Wagland has made getting divorced and moving something I'd quite happily do again! Just for the record - I'm not actually looking to get married or move again.

It was an absolute pleasure and our great fortune to have Pritpal handling both our house sale and purchase. He was a recommendation from a family member who also had an excellent experience. Pritpal’s attention to detail, while still ensuring matters proceed at the appropriate pace, is remarkable. He is always able to offer sound advice which was a great comfort during the usual stresses of house sales. I can recommend him without reservation.

I was represented in the sale of my property by Gabi Menkeviciute. She was at all times friendly and sympathetic to my anxiety about the sale while being efficient and totally professional. In her dealings with the buyer's solicitor, who had a somewhat aggressive approach, I felt that she was on my side throughout. I would certainly recommend both Gabi and Wason, Male & Wagland should the opportunity arise.

As part of a divorce I had mortgage needs that had to go through quickly and efficiently. Pritpal was able to manage this very well ensuring there was no delay, keeping on top of my case at all times. He was professional and understanding at a time that was difficult for me. Thanks for all your help Pritpal. I would recommend you should anybody I know need a conveyancing solicitor in the future.

Pritpal managed our sale and purchase with the utmost professional approach and even when he had to go on leave he ensured the matters were resourced appropriately. He went out of his way and did above and beyond what I would expect is typically expected.
If Pritpal was not acting for us I am certain our sale and purchase would have fallen through, as he kept pushing to get matters resolved to get us to a successful completion.

Emma who I dealt with was outstanding, very considerate towards my elderly dad and she could have been be more patient and kind spending the time to explain everything so that he fully understood. The charge was in my view extremely competitive I now live in the East Midlands and paid considerably more for my own will so I was more than pleasantly surprised at the costs. I would recommend Emma without hesitation

Highly recommended- as first time buyers we were handled very well. We were informed along at every stage at a high standard and with great competence. For every question that we had, they were very quick to reply to our queries. A special mention goes out to Pritpal and Gabi, who both made the process simple and stress free.
