Late in responding to the other side and myself, forwarding important communication as the office shuts for several weeks (along with a bill which they are considerably quicker at providing). Failed to respond to the other side to the extent that it substantially increased my costs. Would not recommend.

I was forwarded from my legal insurance to these solicitors and have spent the last 2 years trying to get them to deal with my case. Whenever any work was required on their side they stopped answering emails and phone calls. I was forced to raise an internal complaint just to get my emails answered (which worked well for a couple of months).

As they were completely uninterested in my case they tried to throw it out whenever they could. Most recently, they decided that a response from the landlady was reason enough to bring my prospects below 51% and thereby kick my case out. We were in possession of the evidence the landlady has sent us, so there was no reason for lowering the prospects. They simply could not be bothered anymore.

They treat their clients with indifference and condescension. On top of that, every letter they had written for me I had to rewrite substantially, as they were unable to keep the basic facts of the case straight.
I would highly recommend staying away, as in my experience they are incompetent, deceitful and lazy.
