Third experience of using a solicitor in my life and things certainly seemed to have change in last 10 years. My previous solicitor has since retired but when he did handle work for us getting an appointment to see him or even getting a call answered was practically impossible. Fast forward 10 years and I was getting email updates regularly, was on the phone with my solicitor throughout the case, and I was even able to keep an eye on it with the app on my phone (Suspect more technology aware people will get more out of it than I did).

We just changed the mortgage on our property after waiting far too long on a bad deal. The mortgage included a free legal service with Wilson & Nesbits and I was a bit worried that they wouldn't be very interested seeing as I wasn't paying for it. Have to say the service was first class. The solicitor we paid when we bought our house was awful and almost impossible to contact. By contrast we were getting regular emails, could follow the case online and the whole thing was finished very quickly. Will definitely use them again.

Compensation case handled by Wilson & Nesbitt. My only complaint was how long the process is for a compensation claim. I do know that my solicitor was chasing things constantly as I was copied into the emails, but it seems like everyone else in the process is happy for it to drag on. Got there in the end and I have to say the service I received was flawless.

Delighted to have finally purchased our first house. Couldn't have done it with out our financial advisor at The Mortgage Shop and our solicitor at Wilson Nesbitt. Was a bit nervous about dealing with the solicitors at the start but they were so down to earth and were always on hand to answer my questions.

I had received a few quotes for solicitors and they weren't the cheapest, but certainly not the most expensive. I hadn't heard of the guy who gave me the cheapest quote so was reluctant as he seemed to cover quite a few different areas of law with just him and one other solicitor in the office. Service was good. Very good at sending updates by email and on the phone. Case completed quickly. Only suggestion for improvement would be to send less paperwork but I appreciate that it is a big investment and I'd rather have more information than less.

Was obviously a very stressful time but my solicitor Lenore Rices was excellent throughout. Reassured and guided me throughout the very daunting process. Hope my friends never need a divorce solicitor but would certainly recommend Wilson & Nesbitt.

Breath of fresh air after our last experience with a solicitor. That was around 5 years ago when we bought our house. Very different service this time around when we sold and bought using Wilson Nesbitt. Was kept informed throughout and spoke to my solicitor on a regular basis. Will recommend to family and friends!

Moved my case here as my usual solicitor wasn't on the panel for my mortgage lender. Couldn't believe how different the service was to what I normally experience. Lots of contact and information and I always knew exactly what stage we were at and what was next. My usual solicitor is a family friend so will no doubt go back to using them but Wilson & Nesbitts definitely delivered a great service.

I have just bought my first house, and Wilson Nesbitt Solicitors made this a completely stress free experience. I've never had to use a solicitor before, but my financial adviser recommended this firm. After shopping around for a quote I decided to go with them, as they were the cheapest I could find and I was able to follow the process online - their website is so easy to use!I'd definitely recommend this firm to anyone. The balance between a personal service from my case handler & the online technology was perfect. I loved the text message updates!
