Made three attempts to obtain fees for managing a trust. Eventually a nice receptionist put me through to a rude legal secretary who ran up my mobile phone charges and then said she could not help.

This is quite expensive firm, and the level of service is very poor.
Disappointingly, the solicitor who was responsible for my account made mistakes such us:
- Trying to add charges for some extra work which cannot be justified.
- Staring a bad relationship with the sellers ‘solicitor
- Completing documentation with incorrect information
- Delaying the exchange of contract and not answering
