I cannot stress enough, DO NOT USE THIS SHAM OF A COMPANY. My husband & I used the Gleadless branch for conveyancing. Our entire experience was a horrendous nightmare. Monumental incompetence & the worst service I’ve ever experienced. We were ignored, outright lied to, it was impossible to reach them, tasks took weeks (if not months) & what was done was handled so poorly that it put our entire chain at risk throughout the process, causing extreme anxiety both to ourselves & everyone involved. Despite being assured everything was fine for moving day, we were called twice with major issues with everything we own already in a van, and our buyers outside the house. Critical checks hadn't been completed, & a transfer of funds also hadn't been made, meaning at 5pm I was in an estate agent, devastated, my house sold & the purchase not complete. We avoided a weekend of homelessness ONLY due to the kindness of the seller who allowed us to have the keys to what was legally still their property.
