I am wondering if Andrew Hurrell actually exists. I have been requesting the origina copy of a will for nearly three months, and despite numerous emails and phone calls there has been no response. His receptionist refused to give her name and I know for a fact that some messages are not passed on to him. He's always "just stepped out" (for a few hours) or with a client (which is fair enough, but surely it is courteous to reply to an email or a phone call)

I would advise you not to use this person.We used the services of this solicitor to handle the probate and sale of my late mothers house.He treated us like he was a Lord and we were lowly servants. The only thing he was able to do in a timely manor was collect his fees. The only way the process was finalised was when I threatened him with another legal firm.If you send him an e mail he wont even acknowledge that he has read it.

They acted for me when I purchased my flat.
They were very quick and always spoke to me when I phoned. I will certainly use them again.

they dealt with my father's estate and they quoted a fixed fee and their fees were very reasonable and their advice was spot on and their service was great and I would
