Communication was appalling
Key documents were lost several times.
Failed to respond to buyers solicitors unless chased up 4 or 5 times on each occasion.
Unnecessarily delayed and risked process by incompetence and rudeness

Very happy with the service provided by this Firm on my sale and purchase transactions and the fee quoted was very reasonable. Was given a small discount as a returning client which I was well pleased with . Would definitely recommend.

I went with this firm as the fees seemed very reasonable, however I would have rather paid more for a better service. I had to constantly phone them and tell them to get in touch with various people as they were doing nothing. Took them 5 months to do my conveyancing, and I was only buying! Also had to ask for deeds as they didn't give me them, they finally gave me them 6 months after I completed!!!
No I would NOT recommend.

Hello. We note you feel the service provided by our Firm was not satisfactory. Our Conveyancing Team takes pride in providing a service which is fast and reliable. On occasions the conveyancing process can be delayed by matters outside of our control. For example, with leasehold properties if there is a non cooperative Freeholder/Management Company or if the transaction is just one of a chain of sales/purchases, or if issues have to be reported to a mortgage lender for consent to proceed.
