They responded promptly and they were genuinely interested in assisting me with my challenge. The engagement was polite and friendly. However, they do not give an initial free consultation, which I feel it is an area that the firm should consider reviewing. A prospective client who comes to you because he has lost money would be reluctant to spend more money on consultation without any assurances that you would take on the case.
