Seems to short to just say Excellent Service. I have used this firm several times now and have always had great service. I've recommended them to my friends and family without hesitation. All of the friendly reception staff have treated me with coutersy and respect all through the process. I would especially like to say thank you to Rebecca for the exceptional way she has dealt with my sales and purchases over the years. I will certainly be contacting you for my next move. We dealt with this solicitor when purchasing a property. They were shocking at communicating with us and took such a long time to reply to any form of contact. In fact it is fair to say they did not respond until badgered for answers. They did not pay any attention to the detail of questions asked and often just sent the same document over and over again with no explanation, I guess hoping this would keep us quiet. Disappointing and Frustrating.

Wonderful service - we used this firm to sell and buy a new home and would thoroughly recommend them. Very approachable and always available, the service we received was second to none - when the going got tough, they most certainly got going! I highly recommend this firm. Very reasonably priced and highly professional.

My partner and I used Beeton Edwards for conveyancing when buying our first house. We certainly wouldn't use them again and would advise others to avoid them. From the very start it was almost impossible to get any information out of them. We transferred large sums of money and were having to chase them for days in order to check it had been received. Rebecca was impossible to contact, she didn't reply to emails and whenever we phoned the office she was "busy". We had a running joke that she possibly didn't even exist. When we finally did receive the contracts prior to exchange there were multiple glaring errors (both of our names spelt incorrectly, the wrong purchase price, sellers name spelt wrong). When we contacted Beeton Edwards to point them out they were dismissive, unapologetic and slow to correct the errors. This caused stress as the sellers were getting anxious about exchange, and there was a risk that they could have pulled out. In the end we were told to correct the contract ourselves by hand. The only positive in our experience is that we did eventually complete in time, which given we had a six month window is hardly impressive. Following completion it took months to receive the land registry documents. A thoroughly awful and stressful experience from start to finish. Our estate agent had never experienced poor service like it and was as frustrated as us.

We used Dominic Beeton and he was a great solicitor for our house conveyancing.

Dominic was easy to contact and quickly responded with a quote after our initial contact. Dominic always kept us in the loop (via email and phone). There were problems within our chain and Dominic dealt with these quickly, efficiently and excellently. He's easy to talk to and always very helpful.

Price was fair and great value for money - we would highly recommend him.
