I was shocked how difficult it was to get hold of the solicitor. She would not respond to several emails, over a long period of time. I genuinley thought that the company had closed because there was no reply.
When she did reply, the emails we re usually heavy with technical jargon that i found difficult to understand (as i have never studied law). She also did not read the question carefully in most instances and just resent a vague reply to pacify me. This was the most unproffessional professional that i have ever come accross. Will not be using again

We dealt with this solicitor when purchasing a property. They were shocking at communicating with us and took such a long time to reply to any form of contact. In fact it is fair to say they did not respond until badgered for answers. They did not pay any attention to the detail of questions asked and often just sent the same document over and over again with no explanation, I guess hoping this would keep us quiet. Disappointing and Frustrating.
