Don't waste your time on this back street solicitors. Only after claiming the legal aid and doing nothing else. Never contacted me direct only vie email . Then solicitor bailed 3 days before hearing and pasted it to a paralegal who then 10 mins before online hearing called wanting to change certain things . At the hearing paralegal couldn't answer judges questions and kept saying I don't know and not providing the evidence. Judge then kicked the case out. No further communication from copper stones after... What an embarrassment they are ..... If I could give 0 stars I would .... Thanks for the months of nothing while you lined your pockets .... Avoid at all costs .....

I was directed to them by citzen advice bureau. Their paralegals were very unprofessional, the lady who went to court with me the first time lied to the judge without my consent, the one who took my statement made a huge mistake on my legal aid application and left the firm. The solicitor taking care of my case also left the firm and handled my case to a trainee who com completely neglected me and my case, gave me completely wrong court instructions, and would never pick up the phone or answer to emails. All the staff are used to give wrong information to the clients with no regard at all. Don’t recommend at all! Never. Worst experience with law that I’ve ever had. Extremelly unprofessional.
