ok so far, part way through the process and they have been chasing us for responding to some correspondence - which is great.

Normally only have to wait a couple of rings to speak to someone.

So far much better than the (small local) firm I used 8 yrs ago for my purchase - they were incompetent - I had to quote part of the CML documentation to them because they appeared to not quite get it.

I'll write a further review once its completed - if it all goes well - then it will be 5 stars - if it turns out like other peoples then 1 star :-)

Why is it that all the good reviews on this company sound like they've been written by someone who works for them?

I'm using them for my first purchase and they seem ok so far, but I'm getting scared now!
