This law firm destroyed my families life through their sheer neglect. I was warned about approaching certain city firms , so please be careful. Only interested in taking your money .

Very bad experience with this firm. My children case is complex and they gave it to a junior solicitor who was clearly inexperienced. He looked so young that I even wondered if he had been to college or completed his course. I also wondered if he was trained in the UK. It must take years to learn all about English law and proceedings.
Very rude senior solicitor who should have taken care of my case personally. She even refused to attend the meetings when I made the trip all the way to London. She just sent her junior.
I think this was pure contempt for me being a person of foreign origin having to rely on Legal Aid for my case.
