I am buyers but they are a solicitors of sellers. Offer accept 7.01 get contract pack 18.03. now waiting for enquaier question to replay form 15.04 still not get it... Just thinking before you gonna take them service. Home no chain

Medical negligence

It took 7 years for the solicitor to reach the same place in my complaint against BMI Medical as when I first instructed him to work on my behalf. Verbally and in writing he said I had a case. To ensure that he got my letters I sent them by recorded delivery, and even then it took too long for any reply. Before Christmas I sent by recorded delivery a request for a copy of all the paper work generated in my case and I still have not had a reply. I spent £300.00 plus VAT for nothing, not even a final receipt.
