We instructed Garner Canning for the sale purchase of our properties. Alex Browne & Ann Merrick were flawless in the way they dealt with both. They provided clear advice and instructions and managed to complete and exchange on time under very difficult circumstances in a complicated chain 7 days before Christmas. We could not recommend them enough, they really are the dream team of conveyancing!
