We have recommended our clients to Kelly & Co and the feedback has been excellent. I can only imagine that divorce is a very emotive subject and as such emotions run high, and some clients in this area will vent their frustrations, and review sites give them a platform to vent these frustrations. all at Kelly & Co keep up the good work.

Glad you've had good service. I haven't since Oct 2018 for a straight forward, no assets divorce! She disappeared between Nov 2019 to May 2021 even though I made numerous calls and speaking to the office and sending emails to her. She only contacted me in May 2021 when the Legal Ombudsman were involved and I'm still not divorced nearly a year on as the Court haven't received the paperwork she's sent to them twice since May 2021 and I'm left chasing the Court myself!

My divorce started in Oct 2018. 4 years on. Still not divorced. Legal Ombudsman been involved since 2021 and Tess is now not responding to them either! SRA are now involved. Mine and everyone else's reviews have nothing to do with high emotions of divorce. It's high emotions of an incompetent solicitor!

I would strongly suggest that you take the negative reviews on here with a pinch of salt, I have nothing but praise for Kelly & Co. They were recommended to me by a family friend and have efficiently handled my divorce. As a result of their good service they have also helped me with my will. I have gone on to recommended Kelly & Co to my family and friends and know for a fact that the same level of quality service was also offered to them.

My review is the one below yours and guess what, I'm still not divorced! She's told me twice since May 2021 that they've not received the paperwork from her or lost it and I'm left chasing the Court myself!

Well...good for you! I'm pleased you got what you paid for, but read all of the comments, they all say the same! So, don't take us all "with a pinch of salt"... We are the majority of reviews!

I'm VERY surprised by the other reviews, not my experience of Kelly and Co, at all. They were always good to me, in fact, I was a little under the weather during my case and the lead solicitor (I won't say her name here), made certain to call me and ask me how I was keeping. Lovely set of people, I couldn't recommend them more highly!
