So, after months of incompetence and complaints to senior managers, the acting solicitor has refused to do work on the sale and this is the week of completion. All the paperwork is ready to go, but he's now in a grump and theres nothing i can do but sue them at a later date. I will lose the sale. This has ruined my life.
