How lucky was I to have randomly chosen Leeds Day to provide the conveyancing services for my recent house purchase and even luckier still to have had Andria Milnes acting as my solicitor. The purchase was extremely involved and with many stones to be turned. Andria handled the whole process with great aplomb and professionalism, thank you. I would thoroughly recommend.

The conveyancing process was initiated by Rose in the St Ives office then transferred to Andria during the Covid-19 period. Both were efficient, helpful and very swift at replying to questions and queries. Throughout the process we were kept informed of what work was being completed and what actions we needed to take. As the moving date approached and things got more complicated, having Andria to guide us through it took much of the stress away from us. I would not hesitate in using Leeds Day, specifically Andria and Rose again.

This is the fifth conveyancing that we've asked Leeds Day to do for us in the last five years and once again Andria has provided an efficient service throughout. Considering the impact during the process of Coronavirus and lockdown, delays have been handled well and documents for exchange were all handled electronically. Charges were competitive and I'd have no hesitation in recommending the conveyancing team at Leeds Day.

Andria Milnes was recommended to us by a friend and we were so pleased he did. Andrea dealt with our house sale and purchase and, despite having the most inefficient Conveyansor on our Buyers side, she managed to keep things 'moving' in a very professional and efficient manner. I have had the need to use conveyancing services 4 times and most recently selected Leeds Day. They were by far superior to any I have used previously. I prefer to use a local law firm rather than online conveyancing to receive a more professional, knowledgeable and personal service and Leeds Day, in particular Andria, certainly exceeded my expectations.
There were no hidden or unexpected costs, the bill was in accordance with the quote. I was provided with an online portal, telephone number and email to ensure I could remain in contact throughout the process.
Andria & her colleagues were always on top of the purchase & sale ensuring other parties in the chain were meeting deadlines.
When an issue arose (as frequently does in conveyancing) Leeds Day remained ahead of everything finding solutions and advising next steps to other conveyancers in the chain.
Thank you Leeds Day I will definitely use you in the future!
