They charged an absolute fortune
Case 1 cost £5400
Case 2 cost £9600
I can’t understand why the second case cost more as it was so much weaker. In case 1 I was caught roadside smoking a joint
In case 2 I was drug tested due to previous convictions. No cannabis present or consumed that day
Receptionist is a bit ruthless when it comes to chasing payments. Communication is very minimal also, unless payment is needed.
Regardless of the negatives, barrister Ashley Barnes smashed it out the park both times for me. Drove the prosecution’s case into the ground very quickly. So I cannot complain at all. You pay for what you get. I should have lost my licence both times for at least 18 months each offence, and yes it cost me 15 grand but I let my job and licence on both occasions
If you are willing to part with a lot of hard earned cash for an almost airtight defence then I highly recommend
Prosecutors don’t stand a chance, as long as you pay the fees
