After reading all the reviews before instructing this firm, I was 50/50 with what to expect. As with everything some were positive and some were negative but I decided to take a leap of faith and just go with MAJ as they were the most confident/knowledgable firm I had spoken to over the phone. I'm so glad I decided to take the risk! it all paid off and my case was dismissed before it even went to court!

Really happy with this firms legal services and overall positive attitude. In dire situations they keep things light hearted and talk to you in a way which offers reassurance. They managed to get my case reduced from a 12 month ban to points and a fine which is even better than I thought. I would highly recommend them.

I received some solid and honest advice from Tom this morning regarding a speeding offence. I now have a very interesting case moving forward as turns out I have a full defence due to my dash cam footage showing that there was no change of speed limit sign on the road I was on. I have instructed MAJ to review and gather the evidence needed to get me off the charge but I've been told it's a runner so let's see what they can do! Glad I called!

These guys are life savers. Don't bother going anywhere else if you've recently committed a road traffic offence. They know exactly how to play the game with the CPS and although they say they cannot guarantee a win I'm almost certain they must win the majority of their cases. Mine was a particularly hard case to crack and we were looking at a 3 year ban and somehow they got it dropped based on a fault in the police procedure.

Thanks for everything. I wholeheartedly recommend.

I contacted MAJ law for some legal advice for a speeding offence. I realised that speeding offences were pretty much black and white and wasn’t sure whether there was anything I could do as most of my friends/family said to just plead guilty and save the headache, but I’m on 6 points and didn’t really want to risk 9 so thought it was worth a shot. The road I was caught on is a country road and I was caught doing 72. Instead of taking my money and being pushy on the phone, they kindly told me I could do a speed awareness course instead which I didn’t know as I’d done one in the past. I thought I could only do one I didn’t realise I could do another after 3 years. So just wanted to leave a review to say thank you for the honest advice and for saving me points!

Great representation from everyone at this firm. I cannot fault a thing they have done. From start to finish communication was excellent and nothing was ever a silly question. I also really liked the fact that nobody at this firm is judgmental. Ringing up strangers and explaining to them that you have been drink driving or worse is embarrassing and you feel ashamed of yourself. I can honestly say not one person made me feel any of those things and they were always very welcoming and honest. My case was dropped so they got me a great outcome. I don't believe this would have happened if it weren't for them. My sincere thanks go out to you all and I will be recommending you.

I received a great service from the legal team at MAJ Law and believe that the cost was reasonable for such a specialised area of law. I would definitely recommend to others who I know can afford it since there isnt an option for legal aid for these type of offences so you need the best you can get.

Their barrister got me off , eve Dean she’s a top barrister .
Any other firm would not of gone to the lengths that maj law did

Highly recommend the services of MAJ Law. There is no doubt in my mind that I would have been convicted had any other solicitor represented me. I was close to tears after the hearing because of the lengths Conor went to in court to win my case. He was smart and strategic. A must for anyone charged with drink driving.

I was over the limit but found not guilty. MAJ Law solicitors represented me from the beginning. I was recommended by a close friend who had used them previously and won his case. Excellent service from a first class law firm. Highly recommend you speak to them if you have a driving issue.

The CPS discontinued my case after my solicitor pressed them for more evidence. They obviously didn’t have what was needed. Another solicitor told me just to please guilty and get it over with at court. I’m so glad I didn’t! These guys know what they’re doing when it comes to drug driving offences. Top work!!

Cannot recommend MAJ Law enough. My case was dropped by the CPS the day before my trial on 24th July 2021. My solicitor Conor said the CPS make a habit of pushing weak cases to court to see if defendants will panic and plead guilty closer to the trial date. Conor helped me stay calm and answered all my questions along the way. I found their communication to be clear and I received realistic advise throughout. I will also be receiving costs back from the CPS to compensate me. Happy chap!

Thanks a million to MAJ for supporting me throughout the case. The charges were dropped before processing to trial due to pressure placed on the CPS by MAJ for not supplying any evidence. Take my advice and challenge your case. Like others have said, there are no guarantees but as long as you know that, you won't be disappointed. MAJ Law were excellent and I cannot recommend them enough. 10/10.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Realistic advice about my prospects. Nothing was too much trouble. I found their communication to be first class. When I called I was always put through to my solicitor. At one point during the case I received some paperwork over the weekend. I went into panic mode and called my solicitor in order to leave a message. Despite it being Sunday my solicitor answered and we spoke for over 40 minutes! Not cheap but this is the service you pay for... Plenty of other solicitors out there but none of them compete with MAJ Law. Thanks guys.

MAJ Law handled and won my driving case. I had other, well known solicitors dealing with my case in the Magistrates Court. It was a complete disaster. The barrister they had appointed knew nothing about my defence and lost the case in court. I was forced to appeal and was referred to MAJ Law by a friend. From start to finish it was a different experience. I was updated almost daily about my case. I dealt with my solicitor directly (rather than a trainee or paralegal). The whole experience was smooth and stress-free. My appeal against conviction in the Crown Court was won and my licence reinstated. Overall I cannot recommend MAJ Law enough. I just wish I'd have found them when my case first began!!

Thank you to MAJ Law. Thanks to them my licence is saved as well as my job. I made a silly mistake and was facing a 12 month driving ban. I employed MAJ Law to fight my case and present my defence. When we received the evidence MAJ Law spotted an error with the procedure. They put together a detailed legal argument and the CPS dropped my case. Overall really happy with the service provided. Not cheap like other say but you get what you pay for.

I was charged and convicted of drug driving using a Legal Aid solicitor. I could have done a better job representing myself. I spoke to MAJ Law after my case and they recommended appealing the decision. I was told that my licence would be returned in the meantime. MAJ Law handled my full appeal in the Crown Court and won my case. My ban was lifted as soon as the appeal was lodged with the court. I'm so pleased I came across MAJ Law online. I just wish I'd found them before I was convicted!! Thanks again to my solicitor.

I appointed MAJ Law to represent my son on a drunk driving charge. I accept that he was in the wrong and should be punished, but any parent will do everything possible to help. I didn't think that winning a case was possible. MAJ Law pointed out several errors with the way my son was processed at the police station. The police failed to fill out the right forms. My solicitor wrote to the police and managed to get the case dropped before a final hearing. My son and I are obviously overwhelmed with the outcome. I cannot recommend MAJ Law enough.

I would highly recommend the services of MAJ Law Solicitors. My son was charged with drug driving and faced a 12 month driving disqualification. He realised the mistake he had made but didn't want this hanging over him for the rest of his life. We instructed MAJ Law are they seemed to be the firm for the job. I did my due diligence before I went with them and spoke to plenty of other firms, some specialist some not. There was really no comparison to what MAJ Law were telling me. The level of detail they go into - they're obviously experts. Their experience paid off and my son was acquitted. I would definitely recommend MAJ Law to any worried parent!

Ultimately they won my case and that is what I paid them to do. There were cheaper solicitors I spoke to but I guarantee the outcome would not have been the same. When I first got charged with drink driving I started researching firms that could help. After many hours online I whittled my decision down to two law firms, who I then decided to call. One firm, based in Manchester, were self-proclaimed 'specialists'. However I didn't get that impression over the phone. It seemed as though they were referring to some kind of script. The tone of the conversation was very 'sales like' - as if they were just trying to take my money. They quoted me £9000... I then spoke to MAJ Law. From the get-go the conversation flowed. It was immediately clear that they were true specialists. The level of detail they went into was astonishing. They didn't try to persuade me and there was no sales pitch. They were genuinely interested in my case and what I had to say. My mind was made up. I am delighted with the final outcome. Many months later I am not banned from driving and have learnt a valuable lesson. I am forever grateful for the time and effort that MAJ invested in my case. I would highly recommend this firm.

Really pleased with the quality of representation I received. My solicitor was available by mobile throughout my case. On one occasion I received a call from the police over the weekend. In minutes I was able to speak to my solicitor. Communication makes a massive difference. Would definitely recommend.

I fell to pieces when I received the results of my blood test - over the legal limit and facing a 12 month disqualification. I contacted MAJ Law when I found their details online. I didn't know I would need a solicitor but thought it couldn't hurt to get some advice. I spoke to one of their solicitors for over an hour, completely free of charge. I appointed them as my solicitors to fight my case. I've been notified today that the CPS has dropped my case. To say that I'm relieved it an understatement. I cannot thank MAJ Law enough.
