I cannot rate Edward Bingham from O'Neill Patient high enough! He acted for me 3 times (1 x sale and 2 x purchase). The service was outstanding. Ed is responsive, calm and professional. His advice was clear and I felt absolutely safe in his hands. Dealing with Ed certainly reduced the stress levels substantially. If you're looking for a great Conveyancer ask for Ed directly.

I was able to speak to or email Laura if I had any queries and always good to hear a friendly voice who explained things for you in a easy to understand way.

Excellent legal services, quick, very friendly and efficient just what you want from a lawyer. Very responsive to enquiries and no delays whatsoever. Charges were reasonable (£249 for conveyancing plus some fees for disbursements etc) and good value for money.

My transaction was in the area of Family/Conveyancing as I required a Deed of Trust to transfer property from the sole name of my husband into joint names. We both received excellent and practical information to enable us to complete the transaction and our Solicitor Suzanne Moore, was completely professional throughout, answering all our enquiries promptly and fairly and keeping us informed as to progress. The fee of £250 plus VAT plus disbursements was in keeping with this type of matter and we are grateful for the time and trouble taken in answering all our numerous queries within this fee.

I genuinely rate the whole service as excellent. I have bought and sold houses many times over the last 40 years and I have to say this was by far the best conveyancing experience.

I felt both informed and in control, and on every ocassion the estate agents showed with an update, I was better informed than they were!

They conducted their business with commited , dedicated professionalism with a high level degree of customer care. They showed a great industry knowledge and expertise throughout and were always very approachable and willing to offer support, assistance and advice. Overall the whole process was uncomplicated, painless and very smooth and efficient. Thank you for all your support in the completion of my purchase.

You were all fantastic and patient with me and my late payments! I found it really helpful that someone was available on a Saturday morning to take a call from me and someone was also available when I rang up late one evening.

You always answered questions and e-mails promptly and were able to find the answers to my questions quickly if you did not know the answer.

So all in all it was a good experience!

I feel that O'Neill Patient have been the best solicitors we have ever dealt with. We were always kept up to date and informed on any activity related to the sale and purchase of the two properties.

The main thing that impressed us was that there was always someone to talk to, I like to know what's going on and even if Gill wasn't available there was an assistant or colleague ready to check our files. O'Neill Patient moved at a pace that we feel all solicitors should move at, with no delays or excuses.

Although I have not seen you face to face, but I had realized you have such wonderful qualities in terms of official service to a client for this type of matter, which also again I believe I have learnt something from you. Cause my work is also related to deal with various type of people; BUT I always get lost to keep same attitude/conversation during dealings.

I was also dealing with the conveyancing department - I would have liked to have been updated on matters, however had to chase this for simple updates. Emails that I sent were often not responded to or acknowledged.
