Without doubt the worst communicators I have had to deal with. My estate agent did warn me that in their experience not to use them, I wish I had listened

Oliver and co represented my case on a no win no fee and it wasnt until the case was half way through that I was told my solicitor was not yet qualified. He really didnt seem interested and i learnt more about him than he did about me. I was certified disabled as a result of my injury and still lost in court. If you choose Oliver and Co. I recommend that you ask for a qualified solicitor and ask what experience they have because I am certain that this may have just been a bad experience. I would also like to add that the case took more than 3 yrs to go to court.

We pride ourselves on providing a good service to all of our clients. To ensure that we provide the highest service levels we provide client feedback forms to all clients at the end of their case. We, therefore, take all complaints very seriously.

At the beginning of any case we inform all clients, by letter, who will be handling their case, together with their qualification. All non-Solicitor fee earners are fully supervised by a Solicitor at all stages of a case. In the unfortunate event a case has to go to court, we take full advice from qualified Barristers to ensure that we achieve the best possible results for our clients.

We have completed full internal investigations into this matter and have unfortunately not been able to identify this case. We would appreciate if the reviewer could contact our Complaints Partner – Kay Cook on 01244 312306 so that we may have the opportunity to investigate this complaint.
