Over the course of a year, with a very difficult case both karyss and Kate went above and beyond, making sure that I was supported in a very difficult situation and ultimately got my 3 babies back home. I am so thankful for the support that I recieved, they were both along with the rest of the team compassionate, caring and honest throughout. Honestly don't know where I would be without them. Please do not use this solicitor.
They were supposed to handle my mother's will and estate.
They have made mistakes across the board - which were both disrespectful and extremely distressing.
They have not followed my mother's wishes in her will.

I have employed the services of Kate before and returned because of how approachable she is. I liked the fact she has a good memory for personal details and is understanding. Financial Remedy Matter, despite it been a complex case Kate prepared in very detailed court submission which resulted in a very satisfactory outcome and as was very pleased with Kates enthusiasm for getting the result we did. In addition the barrister Sarah Samson that represented me was extremely knowledgeable and equal as determined to achieve the right outcome

I was a family law client.
I did not obtain what I sought, which was contact with my two daughters, through no fault of my solicitor.
I was treated with the utmost care and kindness by Kate Jones and her team, and I believe she went above and beyond her duty in trying to help and to shield me. Also, Kate and her team ultimately believed in my good character, which meant so much.

Whilst selling my late grandmother’s property Sophie was absolutely brilliant! No matter how many questions or queries I had Sophie gave me the time and reassurance needed during this difficult process. She made it all seem smooth and straightforward and for that I was immensely grateful! Nicky and Wiktoria were also excellent whilst dealing with the probate process. I can not recommend this solicitor or Sophie enough. Very reasonably and exceptionally fairly priced too. Excellent service from start to finish. Thank you so much!

Jessica Roberts has gone above and beyond expectations.
During my initial communication I discussed my current position, as dealing with a divorce settlement and selling a property, she put me in touch with another member of staff who could provide assistance in dealing with this issue. Between them, they managed to resolve an ongoing dispute which had been dragged out for several years previous, in a few weeks.
I have dealt with quite a number of different solicitors over the past few years and none have come close to delivering the level of support and dedication that Jessica and Graham provided. Keep up the good work and thank you for your service and hard work on my behalf

We were both first time buyers so didn’t really know what we were doing but Jessica was so good at explaining everything and breaking everything down for us to understand, Jessica made the process much easier for us than we anticipated it would be. Jessica was always on the other end of a phone or email to answer any query we had, we were also amazed how efficient and quick Jessica was at moving the process along and and keeping us updated with anything that had progressed. The purchase of our new property and the sale of our previous property all went very well and were both completed successfully and very professionally. Our only concern was the lack of communication in the latter stages of both our sale and purchase, as we had to ring numerous times to chase progress, rather than being kept informed. A suggestion would be that text messaging would have been a helpful method of keeping us informed and to request information etc. which we understand a number of solicitors now do.

I recently used Sophie Ensor when I bought a house. She was excellent. She explained everything and kept me up to date. If I had any queries she answered them immediately by phone or by email. I would highly recommend this service and have indeed used them in the past. Communication has been excellent and I have been kept updated with the process throughout. My chosen solicitor in this matter has been Mark Davies, which has previously been my choice, however I have no doubt that the excellent service I have received would be replicated by all other solicitors at the partnership. The cost has been comparable to other services.

Jessica Roberts was my Conveyancing Solicitor for the purchase of a house in Wrexham. I found the service quick and efficient. Everything was explained carefully and all my queries were answered immediately. The reception staff were polite and helpful and I was made to feel valued and respected.

Jacqui and Rachel did an amazing job with our conveyancing. They kept us informed regularly and responded to my emails quickly and articulately.

Joe was fantastic with our purchase. Throughout the process he kept us updated and really engaged in the buying process. He took the time to ensure we fully understood what was happing at each stage and provided clear explanations when we encountered challenges and unforeseen delays. Joe was great at making clear the responsibilities of the seller & their solicitors and was great at holding them to account when required (sadly more often than either Joe or we would I would have liked). Joe was readily contactable whenever we needed him and no question was too silly! Overall I can’t recommend Joe highly enough, he is a credit to your business and I will sure to engage him again if we ever decide to move house.

We've now used Jessica for a house purchase, legal advise on personal guarantees and terms and conditions for our company and been really happy with the whole process and specially how well Jessica communicates with her clients in person, not just with emails like many others.

There wasn’t the option to give no star.
Avoid the conveyancing team at all cost and use any other solicitor - very poor (no) communication and overall service. Rude and disinterested solicitor. Now moved solicitors and everything is great!

Jessica, Anna and Tudor came to site to help with a redundancy situation. My husband and I had used them on two previous occasions and had been very pleased. We arranged for the solicitors to come to our offices over two days and speak to over 50 of our employees. Jessica made all the appointments and it went like clockwork, no problems at all. They arrived when they said they would and were very professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I can’t recommend these guys enough Gareth Lloyd & his secretary Rachel Williams went above and beyond to help with our hectic conveysncing, anything that could go wrong did not on any part of these guys, but they both kept me updated and informed throughout which was so satisfying and appreciated. They were also very friendly and professional every time I spoke to them both never once did I have to chase them like others did with their solicitors in the chain on numerous occasions. Thank you both so much
