I thought Elisha was extremely helpful, always very prompt replying to my queries and emails, constantly keeping me up to date. It's the second time I've used Hopleys GMA as my solicitors for our house move. This time we were looked after by Jessica and Taya.
Both were absolutely amazing. Communication was outstanding and they were all over everything and explained any piece of detail / information every step of the way. I will always recommend them to others and will certainly return to them in the future if needed.

Very committed. Very pleasant, determined to get answers anytime you email. Just an all round kind a professional woman who gets the job done. I wouldnt have my keys now if it wasnt for her consistency in chasing up people constantly that dragged there heels.
I'd highly reccoment Jessica to anybody looking for there first property. She was there by email or call throughout the whole process

Whilst selling my late grandmother’s property Sophie was absolutely brilliant! No matter how many questions or queries I had Sophie gave me the time and reassurance needed during this difficult process. She made it all seem smooth and straightforward and for that I was immensely grateful! Nicky and Wiktoria were also excellent whilst dealing with the probate process. I can not recommend this solicitor or Sophie enough. Very reasonably and exceptionally fairly priced too. Excellent service from start to finish. Thank you so much!

Jessica Roberts has gone above and beyond expectations.
During my initial communication I discussed my current position, as dealing with a divorce settlement and selling a property, she put me in touch with another member of staff who could provide assistance in dealing with this issue. Between them, they managed to resolve an ongoing dispute which had been dragged out for several years previous, in a few weeks.
I have dealt with quite a number of different solicitors over the past few years and none have come close to delivering the level of support and dedication that Jessica and Graham provided. Keep up the good work and thank you for your service and hard work on my behalf

We were both first time buyers so didn’t really know what we were doing but Jessica was so good at explaining everything and breaking everything down for us to understand, Jessica made the process much easier for us than we anticipated it would be. Jessica was always on the other end of a phone or email to answer any query we had, we were also amazed how efficient and quick Jessica was at moving the process along and and keeping us updated with anything that had progressed. I would highly recommend this service and have indeed used them in the past. Communication has been excellent and I have been kept updated with the process throughout. My chosen solicitor in this matter has been Mark Davies, which has previously been my choice, however I have no doubt that the excellent service I have received would be replicated by all other solicitors at the partnership. The cost has been comparable to other services.

Jessica Roberts was my Conveyancing Solicitor for the purchase of a house in Wrexham. I found the service quick and efficient. Everything was explained carefully and all my queries were answered immediately. The reception staff were polite and helpful and I was made to feel valued and respected.

I have already recommended their service to a friend of a friend but do not know the outcome. I will certainly recommend them again.

Joe is very professional but kind and friendly too. I am always kept well informed of any updates and I will most certainly recommend him and use him again in the future. Hopleys have dealt with several family matters over the years and I have never had a bad service. 10 out of 10!

Jacqui and Rachel did an amazing job with our conveyancing. They kept us informed regularly and responded to my emails quickly and articulately.
In comparison to the other parties Solicitors they were on another level and all at a very reasonable price. This is my second time using Jacqui and she continues to impress. Rachel was also extremely helpful and professional as well . Thanks for a great service Ladies .

Joe was fantastic with our purchase. Throughout the process he kept us updated and really engaged in the buying process. He took the time to ensure we fully understood what was happing at each stage and provided clear explanations when we encountered challenges and unforeseen delays. Joe was great at making clear the responsibilities of the seller & their solicitors and was great at holding them to account when required (sadly more often than either Joe or we would I would have liked). Joe was readily contactable whenever we needed him and no question was too silly! Overall I can’t recommend Joe highly enough, he is a credit to your business and I will sure to engage him again if we ever decide to move house.

Jessica, Anna and Tudor came to site to help with a redundancy situation. My husband and I had used them on two previous occasions and had been very pleased. We arranged for the solicitors to come to our offices over two days and speak to over 50 of our employees. Jessica made all the appointments and it went like clockwork, no problems at all. They arrived when they said they would and were very professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I can’t recommend these guys enough Gareth Lloyd & his secretary Rachel Williams went above and beyond to help with our hectic conveysncing, anything that could go wrong did not on any part of these guys, but they both kept me updated and informed throughout which was so satisfying and appreciated. They were also very friendly and professional every time I spoke to them both never once did I have to chase them like others did with their solicitors in the chain on numerous occasions.
