Buying a new home can be very exciting but stressful when the seller-side solicitors and managing agents need to work with our solicitors to make the sale go through smoothly. We encountered a few delays and obstacles, but we were lucky to have experts from Rix and Kay on our case. Paula W and Rebecca T joined forces and answered all emails or phone calls within the hour. Both went the extra mile to rectify issues and to push for answers to complete our due diligence before purchasing a leasehold flat. We were (and are) very delighted with the service and professionalism provided by Rix and Kay - especially Paula W and Rebecca T!! I instructed Paula Williams to deal with both my sale and purchase. Paula was very professional and explained every process in detail. She kept me up to date in respect of every step and always checked to make sure that I understood. This is the first time I have moved home in very very long time, and I can honestly say that she made the process far less nerve racking than I thought it would be. She checked everything, and her attention to detail is excellent. So, I am now living in my lovely new house, and can't thank her enough!
