The conveyancing for a property purchase was abysmal and I’d give zero stars if I could - poor communication, slow response times, ongoing errors and oversights and eventually almost causing the seller to pull out. After a very stressful few months and having thankfully completed, it now turns out the land tax registration was filed three months late (despite charging a considerable admin fee for this!), incurring a penalty charge and only having paid half of the penalty fee thus far. Had I not received a letter from HMRC I would be none the wiser as to their continued lapses in fulfilling their obligation.
I would never use this firm again and would suggest to check reviews elsewhere as the amount of positive reviews on this site are misleading as to what you might expect.

Awful - DO NOT USE - do not reply to emails, are incapable of communicating with other solicitors and to resend some documents is still ongoing and has taken over two months. Terrible terrible seriously do not use them, will hold up the buying and selling of any home.
