Personal injury

The overall service which I received was very good, kept up to date with all that was happening. The team looking after my case was very professional and approachable at all times. I would recommend Thompson’s Solicitors to act for anyone that requires advice on claiming for personal injury.

Give this firm a miss. Three years with a string of solicitors trying to get justice after Mum had a fall in a care home. She has diagnosis of dementia, osteoporosis, poor mobility limited vision. Night Senior had seen her walking with her frame in the lounge and was agitated but took no action. Mum was found at 11-30 pm in a bathroom on the floor with fractured left elbow. At first the solicitor made it look hopeful for a win but this changed after a Report from a "medical" expert taken on by Thompsons who today offered me £250 to close the case .No chance of that as I am carrying on pursuing it.

Somehow speechless on how this company can fail to even try to provide any help or support, but especially how bad is their total lack of understanding, soft skills and caring. They can just waste your time asking you the same things you have already explained, and do absolutely nothing helpful with it. It really makes you wonder if any person working in this company is a real solicitor, and how many people life's they have affected in the past with their negligence. Please avoid as much as possible as they can really make your health worst instead of helping during difficult times.
