I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Shocking telephone manners, not empathetic at all, just past around the company for fee earners to get paid, in a nutshell they are just running down the clock on your claim, while getting paid in the process. Poor management, and shocking handling of my claim. You never know where your up to, and for ever chasing them for updates. In my opinion stay away from this company, you’ve been warned......
